Potterhead Problems?

could you please tell me, do you know why people on potermore have so many items in their tranks like for example 51 books, 151 cards, 370 objects ?
-Anonymous

If I’m being completely honest, I have no clue.

Maybe they found them, collected them or just bought them from stores for the sake of it? Sorry for late reply!

Thanks for the help!! sorry about the double question thing I didnt think you'd recieved it!! Also do you know when the second book is going to out?

You are very welcome, it’s what the blog is for! Did it help? And I am not sure, but I can research for you, so check back to this answer as I may edit it later:)!!

»»OK! Researched. Chamber of Secrets, according to Press Release, is due to open early 2012. It sucks that they didn’t give the date, but after the six month delay for non-beta users they probably just didn’t want the same to happen…

Here’s the link… CLICK HERE!! Hope I helped:D!

Getting easily frustrated here, but I can't do anything on Pottermore. I'm signed in, but when I click on anything it takes me back to the main page, as if I'm signed out. I've tried using Firefox and Chrome to no avail. When I go back to the sign-up page, I'm still logged in. Have logged off, and logged in, etc etc etc. Please help?
-michaeleen

OK. I have a few options here.

The first would be to sign out, then back in.

The second, try updating the Java on your PC system.

A third, refresh refresh refresh!

Fourth, try contacting BETA. It could be a technical glitch that they may be able to sort out.

Fifth, if none of the above work, I would just delete my account and make a new one. It could be a problem with the account you made. If it still does not work, it could just be the plain fact that Pottermore is not compatable with your system, and if this is the case, I know they are trying to work on it, as one of the questions on the BETA survey I answered asked if the website was working well on my laptop.

Another option is just to wait a while. Maybe Pottermore is just being overused at the moment, and your problem may be resolved as soon as the users calm down on Pottermore.

I hope this helps and that your problem is sorted soon! And also, sorry for the late reply!

-harrypotter567

Sorry it is such a late reply, Tumblr didn’t tell me I had any asks.

OK, you can see Harry’s hand, right? Hover your mouse on his hand, you should be able to figure out what to do from there. If not, ask me again, and I will explain further. I just want you to be able to feel like you have figured it out, you get more of the Pottermore experience that way:D

Pretty sure I'm having a technical issue, but hey maybe someone knows something. I have my shopping list, I got into Gringott's, but then I can't get past the shopping list page. It's just stuck, whether I click "go shopping" or "X" it goes nowhere. Is there a way past this? Or maybe I did something wrong?
-Anonymous

Try refreshing, or logging out and back in. If that doesn’t work, there could be something you have missed…

Did you open your Gringott’s account using the key?

Have you bought everything already?

Do you have slow internet?

It could be plainly the fact that Pottermore is still suffering high demand, which will be sorted pretty soon anyway.

It could also be a technical issue, and if so, Pottermore will know about it and will be trying to fix it shortly.

Hope I helped:)
